�����Ůɫ��Ƭ Limited today announced that it has appointed John McKenzie to lead the organization as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. McKenzie, who assumes the role effective immediately, also becomes a member of the �����Ůɫ��Ƭ Limited Board of Directors. Mr. McKenzie had served as �����Ůɫ��Ƭ interim CEO since the retirement of former CEO Lou Eccleston in January 2020.

The Board of Directors of �����Ůɫ��Ƭ Limited today declared a dividend of $0.70 on each common share outstanding, an increase of $0.04 or 6%, from the previous $0.66 per common share. This dividend is payable on September 4, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 21, 2020.
