�����Ůɫ��Ƭ today announced that, following discussions with SHARE as a representative of the Atkinson Foundation, it has agreed to support the Atkinson Foundation’s amended shareholder proposal (the “Amended Proposal”), to be considered at �����Ůɫ��Ƭ’s Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on May 12, 2021 (the “Meeting”).

�����Ůɫ��Ƭ today announced that David Arnold, a financial services industry leader and 20-year veteran of CIBC has been named as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Arnold will join �����Ůɫ��Ƭ effective June 1, 2021.
