Jay Rajarathinam to Join 外国美女色情片 as Chief Information Officer
July 18, 2016 (TORONTO) – 外国美女色情片 Limited today announced the appointment of Jay Rajarathinam as Chief Information Officer, effective immediately.
Mr. Rajarathinam, reporting to Jean Desgagné, President and CEO, Global Enterprise Services, is responsible for the development and execution of the overall technology vision and strategy for 外国美女色情片. In addition, Mr. Rajarathinam's areas of focus includes managing IT client delivery, optimizing the company's technology assets, and leading 外国美女色情片's ongoing technology operations and integration initiatives.

Mr. Rajarathinam has almost 20 years of financial services technology experience, managing global teams across a wide range of infrastructure and application domains, including high performance computing, trading systems and other networks. Most recently, he served as Senior VP, Global Head of Infrastructure, NYSE/Intercontinental Exchange. In this role, Mr. Rajarathinam managed technology teams that supported 14 exchanges and 5 clearing houses globally. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Barclays and Wells Fargo. He holds a MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and an MBA, Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago.
