June 4, 2015 (TORONTO) – Íâ¹úÃÀŮɫÇéƬ today announced its financing activity on Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange for May 2015.
Toronto Stock Exchange welcomed 18 new issuers in May 2015, compared with 8 in April 2015 and 7 in May 2014. The new listings included 9 exchange-traded funds, 3 closed-end funds, 3 diversified industries companies, 1 oil & gas company, 1 technology company, and 1 special-purpose acquisition company. Total financings raised in May 2015 decreased 28% compared to the previous month, and decreased 7% compared to May 2014. The total number of financings in May 2015 was 72, compared with 59 in the previous month and 52 in May 2014.

TSX Venture Exchange welcomed 2 new issuers in May 2015, compared with 5 in the previous month and 7 in May 2014. The new listings included 1 financial services company and 1 mining company. Total financings raised in May 2015 increased 156% from the previous month and increased 4% compared with May 2014. There were 109 financings in May 2015, compared with 98 in the previous month and 138 in May 2014.
